What services are included under "Commercial Glass Repair"?
Our commercial glass repair services include repair or replacement of foggy or structurally compromised windows, cracked or chipped glass repair, and door and window hardware service and replacement. There are additional commercial glass repair services we may be able to do to save damaged glass and we will make these known to property owners if applicable when we inspect the glass.
How quickly can your team respond to emergency repair calls?
Different factors including the time of day and whether or not we have technicians available will factor into how quickly we can respond to emergency repair calls. In the event we are not able to provide same-day service we are almost always able to be at the home or place of business the next day to repair glass quickly as needed.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency repair services?
Yes, Wesco Glass has emergency glass repair services available 24 hours a day.
Which types of businesses do you primarily service?
We do most of our work with independent businesses in the Greater Vancouver area, but we are also able to install and repair glass for any type and size of business with either storefronts or industrial properties.
Can you work on high-rise buildings for glass repairs?
Yes, we are able to provide glass repairs for high-rise buildings provided there are not structural design issues or weather conditions that would prevent us from doing the repairs effectively and / or safely at those heights.
Do you offer regular maintenance and inspection services?
We do not offer regular maintenance or inspection services following the installation, repair, or replacement of glass but if you would like to discuss this option we will be able to give you a quote after hearing the details of your maintenance / inspection requests.
Does your business provide a warranty for its products? If yes, for how long is the warranty valid?
Warranties for glass products installed by Wesco glass may have warranties provided by the product’s manufacturer, but we do not provide any warranty on products ourselves here at Wesco Glass.
Does your business necessitate a deposit? Can you explain the process?
Whether or not a deposit is required from you will depend on the type of job Wesco glass is entering into a contract with you to do the work. If one is required it will be explained to you in full before both parties enter into the contract, and if you are unclear on any part of that explanation and what is required of you then you are encourage to ask for clarification.
Once the deposit is received, how long will it take to finish my project?
The length of time required to finish a project will depend on the size and scope of the project and whether glass is being installed, replaced, or repaired. The time that a customer’s deposit is received will not necessarily have any relation to when the customer can expect the project to be completed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque, or cash as payment methods.

Tempered glass and laminated glass are different from each other and they are the 2 types of safety glass that are installed most often.
Which kind of hardware does your business utilize for frameless showers?
We use all kinds of hardware for these types of installs, and we’ll choose the hardware that best fits the shower based on functionality and aesthetics.
